Gracefield Hall is a beautiful and tranquil setting. Larry and Patricia are wonderful hosts. They both make you feel at like you are visiting long lost friends. They took the time to visit with us and talk about their journey to start their dream home. The rooms are beautifully decorated to period and comfortable. The breakfast is beyond anyones expectation. The food is delicious and abundant. The dining are elegant. We had a lovely time.
We enjoyed a warm and comfortable stay in the beautiful colonial style mansion that is Gracefield Hall. Breakfast was delicious and our hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. We recommend staying here, and will definitely stay again whenever we are in the Providence Forge or Williamsburg area.
We stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast, filled with Williamsburg charm. Everything was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, including a variety of toiletries to choose from. The breakfasts were more than we could have hoped for! The rich variety of food, all homemade by Patricia and Larry, was heavenly. They catered to our dietary needs (gluten free for one of us) and produced a spread of quiches, souffles, fresh fruit and fruit smoothies, muffins, and Virginia ham and homemade grits cooked in a delightful chicken broth. They were the supreme hosts; from directions to ironing our son's pants for his wedding!! (Thank you, Patricia!) Our entire family stayed there for 3 days, pre-wedding, and Patricia and Larry made us feel like family. They were so friendly that our stay felt like it was with friends! We will go back!
Wow! What a wonderful place. The house and grounds are amazing, historic and peaceful. Patricia and Larry make you feel so welcome and at home, and pamper you with the most delicious breakfast served on fine china. We felt like royalty!
We had such a great experience staying at Gracefield Hall! Hosts, Patricia and Larry, were so attentive and thoughtful - nothing was left out. The attention to detail was phenomenal - from the water bottles to the soaps - everything had a personal touch. We had a great time hanging out by the fire with the hosts and other guests and even shared in their anniversary celebration with cake and wine. The whole experience made me feel like I was with family at home. Perfect!
