They appeared to sell me a winning lottery ticket but when I tried to cash it in they told me it had already been paid out. I was then told that you do not have to scratch lottery ticket to actually see if you want you just scan the barcode on the back side of a lottery ticket to see if it's a winner or not. My response to that was what would stop you all from scanning all the tickets taking the winners and selling only the losers
